A wide range of sourdough breads, stuffed focaccias, “spianata bread” and pizzas, strictly homemade by our talented chafs, top up our breakfast selection.
We often arrange a food corner to treat our guests to a selction of seasonal fuit and produce: for example, during our “Grape Week”, we make cakes with grapes and grape must, while in the “Chestnut Week” our recipes will include chestnuts and we will serve hot, roasted chestnuts to our guests!!!
Special attention is also given to our guests who follow a vegetarian/vegan diet and want to start their day with a healthy and balanced breakfast: we treat them to homemade almond milk (prepared by our chef), dried fruit, cereals and a selection of homemade vegan cakes.
On public holidays very dear to us in Italy, such as New Year’s Day and Easter, we serve breakfast until 12 pm, so forget your alarm clock and enjoy your sleep!
