Our constant search for quality products has recently led us to choose De Cecco Pasta as the only brand to use in our restaurant’s kitchen: excellent quality pasta made by the ancient mill and pasta factory located in the Italian region of Abruzzo, where pasta has been made since 1886 using the best durum wheat varieties.
Thanks to their experience and creativity, everyday our chefs will prepare for you a very rich and mouth-watering buffet: the varied food island with hot and cold appetizers; the corner with fresh seasonal vegetables, raw and cooked; first courses (everyday a choice of three different dishes) usually including homemade pasta with delicious sauces; the central food island from which guests can choose meat and fish dishes; the bread corner full of pizza, focaccia bread, spianata bread and local Piadina.
As we pay attention to any need our guests may have, you may now find vegetarian options with a dedicated menu for each part of our rich buffet. There is also the dessert buffet, of course: delicious desserts, fresh sorbets, fruit salads and seasonal fruits.
A wide choice of many different and tasty dishes from which you can take whatever you like. Not to mention our bread-making tradition: from bread to Piadina flat bread, from spianata bread to pizza, everything is homemade in the kitchen of our restaurant . We only make our leavened products using old fashioned natural baking methods and our pizza dough is made using exclusively sourdough starter and selected quality raw materials.
We also take particular care with our young guests and those who have special dietary needs: our chefs are happy to cook special dishes for them, combining taste with special dietary requirements.
